11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Suspension & Termination

• Your account activity suggests involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious financial conduct.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, nd777 reserves the right to void all pending bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and balances attributable to fraudulent activity. Any legitimate cash balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you subject to the completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks.

13 Amendments to These Terms
